How do I open a trade account?

Fill in our Trade Account Application form on this page. Our team reviews all applications within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will build a bespoke pricing structure based on your usage and product mix.
What is the minimum order quantity?

For 8g chargers, minimum orders start from 24 units. For large cylinders (580g–3000g), minimum orders start from 6 units. Trade accounts unlock lower per-unit pricing at higher volumes. OEM and pallet orders have separate MOQs — contact us for details.
How long does delivery take?

Standard trade orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday. We cover the full UK and offer export to Europe and beyond.
Are your N₂O products food-grade?

Yes. All our N₂O products are E942 certified (EU food additive approved), double-cleaned before filling, and pressure-tested at 165 bar. Our gas is 99.9%–99.99% pure with zero oil residue or industrial aftertaste. ISO 9001 certified.
Do you offer OEM or private label products?

Yes. We offer a full OEM and private label service including custom cylinder colours, printed shrink wraps, packaging boxes, and free design assistance for qualifying orders. Flexible MOQs are available for trial orders. Contact our OEM team via the tab above.
Can I order N₂O for personal use?

OfiMex Wholesale is a trade-only wholesale supplier. Our products are supplied exclusively for professional catering and hospitality use. Trade account applicants must be a registered business. We do not supply to private individuals.
What coffee products do you supply?

We supply specialty coffee beans (single-origin and espresso blends, whole bean and ground, 1kg–25kg), cold brew concentrate, barista syrups (30+ flavours), and chocolate and caramel sauces. All coffee products are available through a single trade account alongside our N₂O range.
How do large cylinder tanks connect to my dispenser?

Large tanks (580g–3000g) connect to standard cream whippers via a pressure regulator. We supply a range of compatible regulators and 6-foot stainless steel hose kits. Each cylinder also comes with a pressure release nozzle for safe disposal of residual gas.
